    From what i remember from his thread was that he was driving down the road and his rear tire got cliped by a car pulling out and it basically steered him into a ups truck and the ups was sitting in the turn lane

    You misunderstand. They absorbed impact and broke away instead of impaling the dummy and rupturing his leg or spleen/liver.

    Cars are "disposable". One crash use.

    50mph impact with a parked freight train (tanker car), then drug about 50 yards until it worked it's way out.

    I wonder if the flex frame of the toyotas help out a lot during the crash tests.. you can kinda see the ripple of the impact go through the vehicle.

    How relevant is that video, considering that the vehicle shown is a Tundra, not a Tacoma? (I think it's a Tundra, it says so on the video and has the rear door handle different from any Tacoma I've seen).
