What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

It got stayed already for 30 days, and as per usual the stay will stand longer if appealed to the 9th..which it will. If California doesn’t appeal i’d be super surprised.

 

I’m sure it’ll be tied up in court for years but it’s still cool that the feds are standing up for the 2nd. Even if it gets overturned it's a good first step against the ban that just keeps guns out of law abiding citizens hands.

The stores here have not sold guns, ammo or really anything gun related in that yrs. I have not been in one 11/12 yrs myself

S&W M&P 9 Optics Ready Compact with the 4" barrel. I ordered it from Kentucky Gun Co. It showed in stock so hopefully I'll see it at my local FFL sometime this week. I have a Holosun 407C X2 in the cabinet just waiting for it! I have a few other 9mms but this will be a first with an optic. I'm stoked.

Ended up with some 22lr at .10rd and some parts kits.



They had a nice selection of 9mm, 45 and pretty much about everything. Prices a little inflated but not horrible.

 

Kind of kicking myself right now. LGS had a Ruger Super Redhawk 10mm on the used
shelf, very little use, and I passed on it and ended up taking home a Mossberg 590 Shockwave SPX.
Went in yesterday and of course the Ruger was gone.
Not sure why I bought the Mossberg, well yeah I do. I'm one of them damn impulse buyers.

Was advised by the guys to stay away from there the weekend of July 1st
since Iowa will be constitutional carry on the 1st. They have already had tons
of people coming in thinking they can just grab a gun, pay and leave. I do not
envy them.

 

Any of you guys have any hands on experience with the Ruger 9mm carbine takedown?

 

You talkin about the PC Carbine? I have one, I like it, it shoots well. the barrel locks up tight. takes glock mags or ruger mags (have to swap out a magwel adapter, ez pz)
