    Anyone Else's few year old lightly used Rem 870 lockup or rack when you shoot a powerful round? Always oiled and cleaned after shooting. happens with just about all 3 inch

    Yeah, and I'm able to clear it with the ole stock smash and other times the bolt will open without me applying backward force after firing. it isn't everytime either which I find wierd

    Mine does it but on the opposite end, with cheap low brass. Regular high brass and turkey shot no problems.

    Look at the crimp on the end of winchester shells vs federal. Ive had alot of problems with winchester in my 870s it fires federal perfectly

    3 inch winchester slugs and 3 inch remington buckshot are usually the two. So you'rs saying the shell crimping is the issue?

    Yes look at the end of the shell it more than likely has a tiny lip around it. Federal shells are crimped different
