About 700nds of ammo. 500 9mm, 100 .45acp, and a couple boxes of 308. I also picked up four 30rnd hex mags. Dropped a shiny penny, but good to find that quantity ammo these days.

This was one of the last factory match grade rounds I've been wanting to test in the Tikka before I start reloading. So far
Federal SMK 140gr 5/8 in moa
Berger 140gr 1/2 in moa plus better long range performance than the Federal

The Hornady eld has an even better BC than the Berger so I'm interested to see what the dope differences are at 1000+ along with consistency and velocity compared to the Berger.

Buy low, hide from yourself, wait til the unfortunate happens, and go dig up stashes :D

My friend was over not too long ago, and I told him "while you're here, take this Fn ammo!" He forgot we split a 5 k round case of SK Match Red over a year ago.

Just wonder if this shit show is really ever going to be over. It's seems there is always going to be something else now. Miss just going shooting and dumping mags with no guilt.

Those style almost never stay in my ears. I wish they did. I the ones that look like huge DJ headphones, but they work great.

If you had to choose between two M1 Garands, both being CMP rebuilt with new Criterion barrels would you take a Springfield or a H&R?

H&R is more collectable but i think it wont matter since its a CMP.

    I have a December 44 Springfield

But if you want a chance at a WW2 production springfield is your only option

Dunno, but I have 230 rounds in clips for a Garand. Now I just need a Garand.

I'm leaning towards the Springfield, but I'll know more once I go look at them. One of my coworkers is in a bind and I agreed to buy one or the other today for $1200. I'll go look at them this weekend maybe.
