Damn i am glad i live in OK, lol. Last time i was in my LGS they had pallets of 9mm for around $0.37 a round. That was a few weeks ago when i was ordering my cans. Will swing by again today and see what they got.

Just checked Academy, they still have it for $0.37 a round. Still seems high to me though, lol.

That thing is a beauty! Would love for one of those here in CA to accompany my older Mark 2 Target competition (7.25in slab side barrel). Out of everything I own and can shoot the Ruger Mark is always my favorite

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
haven't heard anything good about that one. i have an ATN 4k pro 3-14. people seem to be hit or miss on issues with it. usually the ATN ones seem to be the technical abilities of the person w/ it making the difference.

Anything digital night vision is trash, its just a digital camera with the IR filter removed. Think night mode on a security camera, beyond a few yards it will be useless.

Some can be ok but it will always require a light source and will be limited by that.

Its more but look at NV gear with elbit tubes if you are on a budget. Its not gen3 stuff but its pretty good for what most people use it for which is dicking around on a range or star gazing.

Good to know these are so reliable. Take down is a single button on the Mark IV, so I can clean more easily. That's a major selling point over the other 22LR pistol offerings. I already checked the bolt from the first 250 rds and it's got some gunk, but will be easy to clean.

One particular ammo (Eley) was sending fireballs out the muzzle, and even sparks sometimes. That ammo tends to gum up my semiauto rifle, so I'm glad it works well in something.

The elbit tubed night vision stuff will work well for it. Its still a couple grand for a well built unit but the performance difference is like turning on a light switch compared to the digital stuff. They use to be about $1k cheaper before everyone decided they needed to be prepared for the end times.
