I've had 2 different shops tell me these aren't reliable due to being finicky with certain ammo. Thoughts?

Just picked up some range 9mm ammo, paid $16 per box of 50. I still remember when I used to pay $8 for a box at walmart!

I will not get the shoot my X Compact before mid week next week, however I have test the PMM comp on my glock 19 and my p320 compact. There is a noticeable decrease in muzzle rise for both. The documentation states 30%. All I know is that I my split times a better with both handguns. Groupings have no noticeable change. The only downside I've noticed is a slight increased powder stippling on my hands and optic lenses from the redirection of gases.

Just picked up a new soft case at my lgs/range for an AR Pistol I recently put together. 36" Blackhawk Sportster. Reasonably priced and nicely padded. There's also a carry strap on the back.

I'm always looking for the next big thing in concealed carry holsters. I have tried all types, and having put on a few pounds post service, it isn't as easy as it once was. Of particular interest has been a solution for routine carry in gym shorts and sweat pants. Up until now, I have used a belly band, however I take issue with the exposed trigger, when there is no kydex cover for the trigger group. I decided to give the PHLSTER Enigma a try, as the reviews were good, and I could use a kydex holster that I was comfortable with. My Enigma rig came in yesterday, and I attached one of my favorite appendix carry holsters to it (Werkz), as it supports both my weapons light and optic. I wore it all day today in sweats.....very comfortable. I took the time to do some draw and holstering drills ..... very easy, just like appendix carry. The rig is easy on/easy off. The rig does a much better job securing the handgun, compared to a belly band. Finally, the rig is zero print, even with a fairly snug fitting t-shirt.

I can agree to this statement. It's a very comfortable and well built gun but mine is very finicky on ammo. They aren't the most reliable at feeding without jams.

I spent the day wishing for a Citadel Levtac-92 .357 big loop rifle. I wonder if I can
sneak it into the house without my wife catching me? Might have to give up one of my
4 long rifles now to make room in my gun safe. And yes, a well aimed .22 can poke a lot of holes and definitely ruin somebody's day.
