I like the NV modes on the s3 EOtechs over the aim points as well. I think it’s easier to pick up in nods, especially when using a flood in smaller spaces.

Yes, that's the questionable business part.

 

The lawsuit is about fraudulent behavior not how the actual optic performs. The defect was the problem but not the complaint. The issue has been fixed for sometime.

 

That is far from a smoking gun case. It's not clear that they did anything wrong. Product testing has lots of variables, everything may have worked in their tests.
