What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

My 2 viper pst 1-6's showed up but only ones for my gun. Other I got for a buddy. Plus my steel City arsenal Glock 19 trigger.

 

Mind sharing what mount you went with? Mine already came loose once, which was likely user error, but kind of annoying.

 

Midwest industries qd mount. Have used these mounts many times and never had issues. You can find them used for $120. The 2nd viper in my pic that is for my buddy came with that exact mount you have.

Is that a ddc super duty I spy?

Thanks for the article, I’ll check it out. that is a 16” super duty, got it back in November and just got to shoot it 2 weeks ago.
Likely the Brownells mount is sufficient, but I had two issues that have me second guessing. I’ll give it another try now that I have re-tightened everything.

However, I am liking the QD option from MWI and ADM. I’ve got the QD on my Aimpoint and appreciate that capability.

 

If you have back up iron sites then a qd is a must if you ever think you will need them

Also grabbed another 2 pack of BX-25 magazines while I was ordering.

 

Found a used Ruger LCP II in 22lr a the LGS for a price I couldn't pass up, also gabbed 2 extra mags and a Galloway grip tape for it. Stopped at another and found a great price on some Sig 9mm ($16.99) and Federal 380 ($19.99).

 

I scored a new pistol case from LAPolice Gear. Yea, they are not USA made, Vietnam but nice stuff. I'll geek it up with some patches like the older one. We went out last evening for a bit of magnum therapy out east

Got an email from Primary Arms the RS Regulate BM-1 AKM light/accessory mount is back in stock, so I ordered me one.

 

Bought it a couple weeks ago, but picked it up today. Magpul fixed stock and Aero buffer/tube kit for my M&P15. I hated having the adjustable stock on it. Just felt weird being that long with an adjustable stock on it. I'll order the larger butt pad for it to get it how I want it.

I have that stock on a rifle and really like it. It makes no sense though they don’t include the QD sockets for that price at least one of them

 

I agree. But, like most companies, price goes up quality and features go down.

 

Aero order showed up and got me one step closer to finishing my truck gun. This has been a slow project of only buying parts when I found great sales that has been further delayed by medical bills. Still a few things it needs but its getting there. Also, if you have brand OCD this may hurt your eyes.

The optic is a Vortex Crossfire on a Primary Arms mount until I can splurge on what I want, goal is for a MRO w/ Daniel Defense irons. Still needs a good handstop and light as well. Overall length 25.5", folded at 17.5"

My GunfightersINC Kenai came. Has a small crease in the cordura below the light where I’m afraid it will cause friction and separate, so they’re going to make a new cordura-less one for me. Apparently it’s an issue with light-bearing models for them, but their customer service was really cool and understanding about it, and shipping was extremely fast, so overall I’m pretty satisfied. Fits perfectly with my backpack too, goal accomplished
