In the same boat now although I am looking for optics cuts on my non MOS Glocks. I have used Battlewerx and JagerWerks both and will likely go back to BW based on their cut depth and cs. I may have them send it back bare and find another Nitride coating vendor.
Check with MapleLeaf Firearms, the cs is top notch, offer Nitride and their slide work is excellent. I emailed the owner a couple nights ago after 8pm and he got back to me in 25 minutes. I would use them on my optics cuts but they do not retain a rear sight on the 43x or 48

Got one in today. It’s a replacement for one they sent wrong. Man o man is it an improvement. Much easier to cycle now with lpvo in the way. I’ve got another one coming.

That's nice, any chance you know if it has kind of seal to prevent gas blowback for suppressors?

It helps a little but it's a barrier not a seal. And if you've got a gassy rifle it's not going to mitigate all of it. Plus you'll still have gas coming out the ejection port.

Yes you can see it on top of the charging handle right around where it meets the back of the upper. It’s a little half moon raised area

I emailed Jagerworks. They said I could send the slide out for machining. When it's done I could send the slide to JW for the optic cut. I will go with JW this time around becuse they offer nitriding .

Battlewerx offered nitriding when I had my first slide cut.
Battlewerx will not cut a slide if it's already been modified. They prefer to cut the slide for optic. Then they will mail it back to you. Then you would send the slide out for the slide work.

I like the Loki cut design.

These sure have become pretty handy since ammo prices have gone up.

Installed an RMR 6.5 MOA, bigger dot work better on a pistol. Wish I would of tried this out years ago.

That's only 88 mph... I feel like I have been popped with rubber bands going that fast before lol. It defaults to meters per second but as far as I know I got it switched over. Consistency is my main concern and I shot 3-4 times over it and they were all around that. It said it would read up to 9999 fps. I'll run some 38 spl over it one day and see if it can keep up, and progress upwards from there based on my findings
