Edit im assuming youre asking if you can possess an AR pistol with no brace just a bare buffer tube.

ATF is looking at other criteria in addition to the brace including overall size/weight and other attachments including optics

I run them all all three of my P320s (M17, Carry, and X Compact). I had them on my P365xl and Macro, but traded them out for Icarus Ace Evo aluminum grip modules.

 

I run a WC grip on my P365X, made a good gun really good.

 

Finished my tan gun project over the weekend.
Ordered a TLR-6 for my Shield Plus and a couple FDE Magpul vertical grips from Primary Arms.
Ordered a lower parts kit from Palmetto for another build.

 

A tan buffer tube would have finished this off nicely. Looks good!

Already have the paperwork in hand and an appointment with the notary for tomorrow morning.

Best case I put a few pistols on my trust that get to remain pistols with no NFA involvement if/when this B/S gets throw out. Either way I have a trust ready to go next time I buy a can instead of doing single shot trusts and it keeps my options open if the pistol brace rule is upheld.
