The gray guns short reset kit in my usp's.

Was going to do this years ago but shooting the expert made me decide to work on the triggers a bit. Should have done it earlier when the kits were cheaper.

Have you installed it yet? You have my attention, I love my HK45 but the trigger definitely leaves some to be desired. Didn't know this was an option

This only shortens the reset, it does not lighten or clean up the break. It does cut the reset in half though.

You can buy the usp match trigger kit which will improve the other aspects

Except for the usp expert, they were my old duty and ccw gun so I don't mess with the trigger weight too much. I only installed a lighter mainspring since I carry double action.

Honestly the mile long pull and reset are my main qualm so this might be the ticket. No issues with the weight.

Won't do anything for the long pull, that's just how a double action gun works. Huge improvement in reset though.

How's your safety lever after the reset reduction? I installed one in my USP Expert and it made putting the safety on a bit harder, it's stiffer and there's a much more defined wall when going from fire to safe. It's pretty stiff to the point that it starts to hurt my thumb after actuating the safety/decocker a few times.

Safety feels about the same, the decock is stiffer but since i only decock to holster its not something im concerned with.

That actually sounds appealing to me. I find it alittle too easy to accidentally decock going from safe to fire. This has definitely gone on my short list to buy/try.

Thought I'd post an update on my Sig P365XL. I haven't been able to shoot this pistol worth a dam. Always hitting left of the bullseye at 10 yards. Well I decided to look for a different trigger from the factory flat one. I found the Sig curved trigger for it and installed it. WOW, for me what a difference it made. Shot 50 rounds today at 3 inch Shoot-N-C from 10 yards and wore them out. I was almost to the point of selling this pistol and buying a 1911 in 9mm, which I still might do, but it was a good day at the range. Also shot my new Tisas B45B 45 acp and was shooting it much better than last week. I'll pay for this out door activity over the next couple of day, but it was worth it.

This just shows how much it comes down to personal preference. I had the complete opposite experience. Swapped the factory curved trigger on my P365 to the sig flat faced one and shoot it 100x better.

    To each their own!

Try the armory craft spring kit but do not use the lighter striker spring that comes with it for reliability reasons.
That really improved the trigger feel of my 365.

Lightning struck twice today. My LGS had a Dead Air Wolfman in stock which I have been looking for but is sold out everywhere so I put that in Jail this morning.

Then this afternoon while I was signing up for back in stock notifications all over the interwebs for the tri lug mount (which are practically unobtanium) I found one in stock on Brownells and scooped up the last one!

Now to try and forget about it for 8-12 months until I can pick it up!

    It was meant to be.

The planets aligned today, my wife is even on vacation with her sister right now so no need to explain.

Funny ain't it, how we're all different. I really wanted to like the flat trigger, but it just didn't work for me.
