Hell of a deal!

 

Got the Apex semi drop in barrel fitted. The lock up is tighter and slide doesn't rattle like the stock barrel. Going to the range later today to test it out.

 

Gen III Razor HD and ARC M-Brace mount.
Hopefully get out tomorrow to zero.

 

I'd like to know how it works out for you.

 

The Apex barrel is night and day difference for consistency. With the original barrel my grouping was horrible compare to my other 2 M&P 2.0. This gun would rattle when I shake it. There was a lot of movement with the slide in battery. If your slide is loose I would definitely recommend putting in an Apex barrel. If it shoot fine the way it is, I wouldn't bother swapping out the barrel.

 

My Gen 3 G26 has always shot better than my G19 gen 3

 

I miss my Glock 19.5 but as of now I'm pretty much done with striker fire guns. I found a local guy selling a Springfield Elite Operator half rail for a decent price. I'm think about buying it and turning it into this. Got the picture from 1911Addicts.com

Well a couple days ago I posted my 19x I traded into. Well I did a thing.

I've done this with my 19's (4)

 

Not last 48 but recently, 6 15 and 6 30 round M1 Carbine mags.

 

I might have bought a few things over the "black friday" period.

A stag and Midwest Industries rail for AR-10's, two adjustable gas blocks, a PA "Special Purpose" 1-6 LVPO. Then also picked up a Midwest Industries AR-10 and AR-15 upper receiver rod and a SLR 0.750" barrel dimpling jig. And a magpul bipod to try out

And then I passed up 1k 9mm for ~0.16 a round. it was BPS brand. But it was one of those "pay full price and get a store credit rebate in the mail" deal. So woulda been ~0.30 out the door and get half back in 6-8 weeks

 

People are back to paying 0.50 - 0.62/rd for 5.56. LOL

I'll sit back and let the panic buyers/"Lake City fake panic" spreaders have their way with each other.

 

I'll explain.
So I traded into this 19x. Minus the ammo that came with it I'm $455 in it. It only came with 3 17 rd mags so If I wanted the 19 rd mags they were about $30 each online.
My plan was to get it milled for a dot. Found another 19x for $600 that was milled by Wager machine works (who i was going to use anyways) and had trijicon suppressor height sights and both 19rd mags and one 17rd mag. Went ahead and bought it for $600. So that puts me at $1055 all in on both g19x's. I'm selling the first one tonight for $520.
So through some minor wheelin' and dealin' I have a milled 19x with $100 sights and the correct mags for $535.

I would keep them both but I don't need two 19x's when I also already have a g45 and 2 g19's.

Most of the fun for me is getting the deals haha.
