I'm just giving you shit. I used to have that scope when it first came out like 50 years ago. I liked it good enough. It'll give you good service. I like my PA 1-6x better and it's quite a bit less expensive so take a look and let me know if you want to look through mine to compare.

Thanks, i have been shooting it iron sighted and love it but it was time for a optic. Had this scope on my AR and liked it but went back to Eotech. Think it has found a home on GSR.

Any revolver guys on here? I took my .357 to the range a month ago, and had a hard time getting the cylinder to cycle, if I could at all sometimes. Any idea what could be causing it, it's a rare/good looking gun and would like to keep it and get it functioning properly.

Unpossible. Everyone knows revolvers are the only known infallible firearm on the face of the earth if you listen to those who carry them.

Maybe the spring inside the grip or just needs a good cleaning

First, what kind of revolver is it? Second, is the company still on business? It takes a very skilled pistol smith to get one working correctly if and when it gets out of time. Be very cautious about who you let work on it.

But I thought wheel guns were dead simple to own and infallible? My dog can take my Glock apart and put it back together in firing order if I remove the ammo from the magazine.

You didnt here me say that, but just because they are difficult to work on still doesnt mean they are not any less infallible or reliable. For most people it is more simple to put shells in a cylinder and pull trigger than to have to load a magazine, rack slide, pull trigger. I think both have a place, but thats my opinion.

I wasn't insinuating you were. I just lol on the inside (li?) whenever I hear wheel gun nut swingers go on and on about how they're the best thing since sliced bread and couldn't possibly every have an issue. I've seen enough of both to know that I carry a semi-auto Glock to trust my life to. While I think they both have their place I just think a revolver's place is some 50+ years ago.
