Bought a new range bag and medical kit from North American rescue. A buddy of mine got a bad laceration on the range while running drills the other day and I honestly wasn’t that prepared for that type of injury. I had to run to the car and get supplies but didn’t sit well with me that I didn’t have everything I needed in my bag, so I definitely had to upgrade.

 

What makes THIS kit more useful?

Since my G42 is my running out of the house pocket gun, I bought the Underwood Xtreme Defenders. Seen good results on the ballistic gel with the external hollow points

 

That's what I've been using in my Bodyguard. Are you using the 90gr or 68gr?

 

68gr. Debating transitioning my G19 to them as well since I need to swap out the Critical Duty rounds.

 

I've got the 90gr, I've thought about getting a box of 68gr to compare in some gel.

 

The 68 has slightly(8ft-lbs) of energy and 200 more fps than the 90. I don't think you can go wrong with either one especially in 380. I believe the Xtreme Penetrator...penetrated too much in the 9mm varient.
