What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

To be honest I’m almost where I need to be with parts kits for each firearm I own.

 

I'm looking for a spare bolt carrier group right now. otherwise I am in good shape on parts.

Just how many guns does anyone person really need. I figure 5.

1. Large Game Hunting,, Elk, Moose, Bear ect.
2. Deer Hunting
3. Upland bird and duck hunting
4. Small game Hunting
5. One pistol of your choice for personal protection.

Okay, we'll add one more

N+1, where N is the number of firearms currently owned. Same as goes for motorcycles.

 

Bought a battery for the Sig Romeo Zero optic on my daily carry. They can last a year but the last one had maybe three months. Frankly I am surprised the battery life is even that good considering they it's always on if you are walking around. Fair consumable. Been a great optic that has held up to daily use for about two years.

 

Ha! They multiply. Not even sure exactly how many we have in the safe to be honest. More than two.

 

Did it just stop working? Like cold to the touch?

 

Hmm, I should check mine...

 

One of mine did - many years ago. It was the strangest thing - I touched it, and it was cold/room temperature. It took me a minute to realize that it stopped working. I assumed it would work forever - it's not really doing anything to wear out. Live and learn.

Always a good idea to check them once in a while.

 

Lol, my assumption is the same. Figured it was a one time purchase. Guess not.

I shoot mine with a temp gun from time to time.

 

Yes, the old one is a different style with a light on the end. Light not working and cold. I tried to cut the cord and redo the plug connection to no avail.

 

New Magpul DT PR stock came in today after I left to go shoot of course

Just got a modular vert grip. Like the stubby more than full length but do like having options.
