What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

Update to my situation with the inherited stuff.

I realize I'm missing a couple items based on the boxes, magazines, and holsters. I have to find in the house a Kimber 45 and SW .38 hammerless. It's there, just need to find them.

Also decided to take the advice and put them at the local shop for consignment at a good price to move them quickly. I added my FN509 tactical FDE also. Going with the get rid of stuff philosophy and stop buying. One thing about living in Virginia is that I can move handguns to family and friends (anyone really) as long as they live in Virginia. There is no registration here. Easy peasy.

It's not all bad, I'm keeping the 450 bushmaster upper for my AR along with the 12 boxes of hornady. The 50 beowolf upper and the 10 boxes of alexander arms ammo....ehh. More sh!t to think about.

 

When my uncle passed he had guns everywhere in the house. We too were assuming we were missing guns based on empty cases. It took 3 weeks for the final missing Kimber to turn up. It was on a shelf by his bed in what we all assumed was his bible in a bible carry case. Opened it up and it was the kimber and mags haha.

 

That is funny! Actually think there is one in the recliner, but in a bible carry case that's a whole new concept for me! lol. And, with all the hollow shelves and things these days you never know.

I don't intend on being that type of prepper or whatever you wanna call it. I get there is crime everywhere, but I live to live and just be in the mindset of being ready. Not having stuff everywhere and in stashes. Honestly think these "influencers" are a major part of our problem. They do it for profit.

 

Hellcat Pro has been my carry weapon of choice for about a year and a half.
I put a new trigger in mine and it's great now.

Well first thing tomorrow morning I’ll head to the lgs to pick up my Hellcat. My Vedder light tuck came 4 days early…just in time.

Yes it is purple! They had a half off on color sale and I wear a number of purple dress shirts (Alma Mater) so I figured for $2.50 more why not live on the wild side.

 

I bought my LCP for cheap since it was purple. I guess it would hurt just the same as a black one.

 

And then some because they were hit by a girly gun.
