What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

I’m still on the fence with the optic on the Hellcat pro. Maybe I will get used to it. I’m old school iron sights on everything else except for my Ruger MkIII (which I’m possibly going back to iron or switching to hi vis) and the 2 Beretta CX4 Storms that I own.

 

So what do you gain with the green? I too still use irons on my pistols.

 

They're on various rifles.

I can pick up green much easier than red. That's the primary reason I switched.

Yes, I believe I had it backwards.

 

I've got the 407k on a Sig P365 380acp in green with 6moa dot. It's my first green and I really like it. I've also got astigmatism and obviously this is anecdotal but I do feel like it's easier for me to see the green.

 

Ran some different ammo through the Henry today.
Debating on what optic to throw on this.

You must be ordering the wrong items.

 

Amazon has really good prices on optics. I've done the price comparisons vs box store sales prices and the sites like ExpertVoice and GovX and they're always very close or even lower, with much faster shipping and easier returns. Even like NightForce which has a 40% discount on ExpertVoice is matched almost exactly by Amazon's pricing bots.

 

You do have to watch for knockoffs

To be fair, it's pretty easy to check that out as soon as you get it. Just register the product with the company and then you'll know if it's legit or not.
