Not for resale. Keeping my supply up. Subs are the way to go. Nice and quiet.

I'm just surprised someone would shell out the cash for 5k rounds at one time instead of buying a sweet reloading setup and a crap ton of components for less coin. To each their own I guess.

With my schedule I could load 1 round a day. So with it for me to just order them.

A lot. Colt is a shell of it's former self and I would call them mid-tier at best. Their QC has waned lately and their business practices suck rhinoceros balls. For my money and can (and have) build a PSA that would be every bit as good with a different roll mark on the side.

Cool. I load about 300 rounds of BLK an hour but it's easy for me to devote a couple hours a month to stockpile.

Both are great for what purpose they serve. Having a choice at the same price, I'd choose the glock but I can't get a glock for $260 which is what I paid for the BG.

Not a bad price. The place I go to here has the G42 for $320 since I get the public safety discount for being military.

How much are you willing to spend on a dd?

    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=456066450

    999.95

It's not with their new furniture but it's a damn solid rifle. I have the same set up with an lmt lower... I was too poor to buy a complete dd rifle too.

I agree with Ostricksak, build your own and save money although the time to buy parts really cheap from PSA was last Friday or yesterday...

Where are you seeing a deal for a LE6020 with three mags and ammo for 750?

As others have said theres plenty of options that will be as good as a colt. Colt is selling their name more than anything.

All you get in a 6020 is a regular non freefloated handguard, a basic m4 collapasble stock, and a gun thats designed to shoot under 5MOA at 100 yards (but really does 1-2).

Thats not exactly asking a whole lot.

Not trying to bash the Colts. My dad owns one and it has worked flawlessly. But once he built his PSA gun and got the same performance the Colt went into the safe and the PSA gets shot all the time now.

Apparently common people currently cannot buy anything but an Hbar in Maryland so i'm wanting to build a Stag from a bare lower up (had one laying around). I can have about $800 in the finished rifle with no furniture....but then i started buying magpul stuffs  so now i'm wanting a survival/battle rifle and will be closer to a grand with furniture and some sort of optic. Also, i have absolutely no idea what i want for an optic....but it won't be no fancy acog for a grand.....pockets are to light for that :(

@ vilillen. I didn't see the Colt for sale. A previous poster did. I have both and am equally satisfied with them. I have cheaper and more expensive ARs too. I was just surprised that some one would rather have a PSA when you could have a LE 6920 for the same price. I would choose the Colt at the same price.
