I picked up a laser bore sight and a new gun cleaning kit (which I regret because it doesn't do a great job).

Hate it when that happens. Which one, so we don't also buy it? :D

I bought the Remington kit from Bass Pro. It's a nice kit but the brushes and mops are loose in the barrel so they're not doing a damn thing to help clean. I did buy one of those squeegee things you mentioned. Haven't used it yet but it looks neat. I bought it for the old Mosin, figured it be good after the hot water.

Bought another RCBS Chargemaster. Got the funnel tray and another reloading block to meet the 300 buck mark to get a $50 rebate.

be my second chargemaster and should greatly speed up the match ammo I make. Currently with just one I end up sitting for 10-15 seconds waiting for it after I seat the bullet form the last round it charged

Maybe. I haven't used them in anything with a cut-rifled barrel. I mostly use the squeegees in my smoothbores and my button-rifled guns and stick with the old-fashioned brushes and patches for the cut-rifled stuff.
Let me know how it works and I might switch, lol!

Will do. For the smooth bore shotgun, I just use a boresnake and it seems to do really well. The Mosin is a bitch to clean because of the dirty primer and it's so damn long. That and my .22 pistol are tough to clean. The pistol is so short, I can't fit the brush in from the action side so I'm forced to clean from the barrel in.

Bore snakes do a great job in this situation too.

Yeah, I know, I haven't purchased one for that particular pistol yet. I should just scrap the cleaning kits and just buy bore snakes for everything. I have them for everything except my 22 and AR.

    What model?
My S&W 22A is impossible to clean from the action end unless you completely field strip it (which is a huge pain)

Ruger SR22. I have to field strip it to clean it but, fortunately, it's very easy to do.

    Ah, gotcha.
Taking the 22A apart is super easy. Putting it back together is a pain in the balls.

Contact Chip Miller with Cascade Arsenal up in Snohomish. He offers trusts with his cans for free. Nothing fancy but they are decent trusts.

He is who i do all my class III stuff with. Great guy. He will bring your items to the WAC shows if you go to them as well so save a trip up north if you are south end

Just bought a Primary Arms 3x magnifier and QD flip mount. Those will be the finishing touches on my AR.

Got my 880 rounds of 7.62X54r in the mail today. Opened one spam can up and transferred the rounds to a 50 cal can for accessibility; turns out they fit very well but I could have fit another 10 bundles or so in there and it would have been perfectly full to please the organizational Nazi in me. Oh well.

'Pew Pew Pew' this weekend! :D
