I need to re-up my x39 stash. My ar pistol has eaten up my last brick, time for another.

 

Got to shoot it today, had to brave the rain, but it shot awesome! Can't believe I waited this long to buy a 1911. Much easier to get on target than my glocks, and no jams after 100 rounds.

 

And yet another 1911 fan born. Nice.

 

Got my package from Brownells yesterday. 3 Chip McCormick Powr Mags, 2 Chip McCormick mags for my Kimber Compact, and a MagPul Scout mount for my AR.

 

You guys are lucky you can post what you got. Canadians can't really. The gov watches people's movements on our shooting forums and will come by and do a search of your house without a warrant. If you raise any sort of flag or buy anything they consider scary. Law abiding Canadian firearm owners have their rights taken away when they have. A firearms acquisition license.


Anyway. I sold my savage 10TR and am saving money to sas my truck and paying off some bills before I do!

 

Any reason besides sas for the truck that you sold the 10tr?

I really wanted a robinsin arms XCR-L. But meh. I want to solid axle asap it first. And a XCR-L is $2800 as of late. Went up from 2300 feb 1.

 

Just ordered 650 rounds of x39 and a slide fire for my ak, so I should be having some fun this coming weekend!

 

Just put a ruger american .223 on layaway at lgs today....got it used for $249 but it looks brand new.....pretty happy with my purchase

 

That's sux, I always assumed you could do anything you wanted up in Canada.

I wish man. Anything with a 4.5" barrel or less is prohibited. Handgun mags over 10rds are prohibited, pretty much everything FN is prohibited. Yeah all the good stuff is illegal. Need a special license for a restrixted weapkn(anything with a barrel under 18.5 inches and then you need written permission to take that firearm anywhere.

Oh and self defense gets you jail time.

 

Took the new 1911 out again today.. Amazing how well it shoots.
