    Very cool.

Part of the reason I bought my FNS9 is because my birthplace is rollmarked on the slide. I'm just glad FN makes good shit and it wasn't something like hi-point that had their ffl there

I really want to get a longslide, but I think a FNX45 is next on the list for me.

It's a solid 8 hour drive from where I'm at now...maybe if I get a job in TN or the Carolinas.

I sold one exactly like that 25 years ago and I'm still kicking myself.

Ive been wanting one of those! I have a S&W 19-3 but it has sentimental value so i dont want to shoot or carry it to much.

I just bought two wimp guns for concealed carry. S+W 642 .38
And a Ruger LCR 9mm. Could not decide which I liked best so bought them both. The smith looks the best but the LCR is actually more practical. It loads and unloads very quickly with moon clips, has a better trigger pull and is built on the .357 frame. I always liked the 9mm round more then a .38
I just couldn't resist he Smith though. I had a Model 19 also years ago and with out a Smith, my sidearms weren't complete.

I'm really tempted to get the LCR 9mm for the gf since I carry a Shield 9 and wouldn't have to buy any different ammo.

Not a bad strategy. I employed it myself when I was first starting my collection. Got a G19, a S&W 5906, and a Shield 9. Then I got a .380 and a .22, and things have kind of spiraled from there into a .357 (which also obviously needs .38 kept on hand too) and .45. Now ammo takes up as much space in my safe as guns. Maybe more...
