Guess it's not the last 48 hours, but finally "pulled the trigger" and picked up a Springfield Armory XDS 45 3.3 a couple of weeks back. 175 rounds through it already and really like it. Picked up a couple hundred more 230G FMJ for practice, and some Hornady 220G +P Critical Duty and 185G Critical Defense JHP for carry. Feels nice to hit the range again after several years.

Nice choice... Just from some experience I have had excellent results with Magtech .45 auto + P 185 gr and the Barnes TacXPD 45 + P 185 gr....

Ive been using the Remington ultimate defense and the golden saber(I think that's what there called) and I've had good results I shot a few into the rib cage of a deer I killed last year and the preformed awesome id say there good enough to trust my life with. I've put around 100 .45 autos through my Glock G30s and no malfunctions

I have had issues with Golden Sabers in the XDs 45 but after I sent it back for the recall work I had them re-cut the barrel throat and redo the ramp and that thing is flawless with everything i have fed it...
