Thanks, good to know. I watched a YouTube video the other day of good old Federal Hydra-Shok that was impressive. Standard 230G with 16" of penetration into the standard test media with some pretty gnarly damage along the way. They also have that in a 165G round with muzzle velocity of over 1000fps, which will be a bit slower from a 3.3" barrel. That may be a bit too lite though, but I think 185G, or 185G +P would be a good round.

I look forward to trying them all... :D

I just got back from the range, shot some Hornady Critical Duty 220G +P and Critical Defense 185G, and I think I actually liked the Critical Duty a bit better. I did a couple of failure to stop groups with each type and my shots were better grouped with the 220 +P.

    At least today.

It was also my first time shooting the XDS with the Pearce grip extension for the 5 rnd mag. I think I like it better than the XDS 6 rnd extended mag, and it's MUCH better than the 5 rnd w/ nothing for the pinky to do.

The chassis and gun are all one piece. It is a Ruger precision rifle. The rifle cost about $1000 and yes you can accurately shoot out to 1600 yards plus. Mine is a 6.5 Creedmoor. And damn sure worth every penny of their money even They doubled the price.

That's sharp. Is it armored on the sides, or just a soft bag?

I think you're asking me, that is a atlas bipod bought off eBay for $36 . It may sound like a knock off but it does say atlas on it .

Have you got to shoot it yet. I got one in a trade and was very impressed with it. The grip ended up really impressing me.

I haven't. I bought it at a place that doesn't have a range. But I have an XDS, have shot several XDs and XDMs, and had a Springfield 1911. So I'm expecting nothing less than the incredible performance I've seen from those. The grip was the biggest thing for me. The XD and XDM grip do not fit my hands at all. Which sucks because I've always wanted one. But I tried the XD Mod.2 and it fit like a glove. Felt a lot like my 1911 did. I had to buy it.

Have you seen the agency arms Glocks? I've been trying to find a deal on a 17 and get some agency work done to it. Started as a Glock guy then caught the M&P bug, now I'm looking back to Glock.
