Yes sir. Should be here by the end of the week. I ordered an HS LR Viper but I found the PST with a good discount and picked it up.

Well since I work at Nosler Inc, I'm building myself a new 22 Nosler! Will post pic once she's all done. Mine is the 1st production rifle of the sweet new 22 nosler caliber in our bolt guns!

Used the Galloway Percision trigger kit. Trigger is smoother and shorter, but reset is still all the way forward and there is no audible reset or felt reset

I'm sure it's a job at times like any other, but man I'm jealous. My next rifle will probably be a model 48. I do wish Nosler had shortened the case on the 22 nosler a bit so the heavier VLDs wouldn't extend so far into the case for AR magazine OAL, similar to the .220 WYO. Although in the M48 it shouldn't matter as long as it's throated long enough. Do you get to attend any of the shows? I always make it by the Nosler booth at DSC to see whats new.

I wouldn't say that it has its "days" more like "moments" haha. So I'm a Rifle Builder at Nosler and get to build guns all day so its definitely not bad by any means! We've been shooting our new RDF 70gn bullet and have had AMAZING results out of our test bolt gun! Factory loaded ammo is producing AMAZING results accuracy wise. We've been pushing the RDF 70's at 22-250 velocities and have had great results with little pressure signs. The M48 is a great rifle! in the 22 Nosler its designed to shoot the heavier bullets, and utilizing a 1:8 twist barrel. Unfortunately I don't get to attend any shows as of right now. But the guys that do get to go, they are a good group of guys. Maybe one day I'll get to go to Shot Show or something fun haha.

What rings do you think you'll be going with?. I myself had to do a bit of homework to minimize the distance from barrel to scope center as much as possible.

Sounds like a dream job. If they ever let you attend DSC, let me know. I'll look you up and buy you a beer or two.

    I bought a Swarovski Z3 3-10x42 for my sako 85 finnlight .308.

Hopefully it will account for a sheep, a goat, an elk, a moose, a caribou, and a grizzly bear this year. Oh and a couple blacktail deer as well.

I'm leaning towards the 1.26" Vortex precision match rings. What scope did you end up with?

Great choice. Hope you get tags for all that this year. I'll be making my 8th or 9th trip to BC this year for moose and mnt goat.

Thanks man. The only thing I need draws for is Grizzly. Open season on caribou, sheep, goats, and moose on my fly in trip. I will put in for an elk draw so I can hunt Roosevelt in my backyard but there are lots of open season for elk here too.

Those are nice rings, I ended up getting a Burris XTR 5x25-50 mil/mil with badger ordinance rings I was going to go with the vortex rings but the badgers got me a little bit closer because of the 34 mm tube.

See if Seekins has a sale on there rings or if they are cheaper. Seekins makes the rings for vortex. Being in the industry you pick up on all theses sorta things.

Nice, I looked into the Burris but I get a pretty good pro deal on Vortex stuff.
