Bought 2 TRS-25's because they were so cheap, figured they can't be as bad as the UTG red dot I have now as my "floater optic", and my cousin talked me into getting an AR9 upper (4.75" barrel, KAK can, with a 7" hand guard), mag block adapter for my SBR lower , 9mm buffer, and a few magazines, all I'm missing is the BCG (out of stock), I also got an ambos charging handle for the 9mm upper.

Ive had two TRS-25's for awhile. Got them on sale a few years ago. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for them as they go on sale at that point or lower a couple times a year. For the price though I love them. Awesome guys for the rifles I don't shoot often but still want some sort of optic on. I picked up two more two days ago in fact. I don't find them blurry and the dot doesn't "bleed" to bad. is it comparable to an EoTech, Aimpoint, MRO, ect....nah. Is it as nice as some of the ~100 dollar offerings? Id say that depends on which ones its being compared to. To me the TRS-25 isn't the best, nor the worst but where it shines is in the cost department. You get a reliable (in regards to holding zero going from gun bag to safe to range), decent red dot for 50 bucks. When you need something clearer, better battery life, or something that can be tossed in the back of a truck and bounced around....look elsewhere

Ordered 2 of these Sunday, with the $40 rebate will be $15 each. Read a few reviews on these and for the most part
it was positive. I have a couple cheaper rifles they will go on. Decided to check ebay to see what they were going for and they
were mostly around the $60 - $70 mark. Reading the auctions close and found the majority had the UPC's removed. Most of the
ad's were new so I guess these people were buying a lot of them for the rebates and then putting them up for sale.

I finally bought my P229R a holster after owning it for a few years now. Went with a JM custom holster. I hear nothing but great things about them. They also offer a 10% discount to first responders. I went with the AIWB 2.5. I got a AIWB mag pouch from them also. Should be 7 to 8 weeks.
