I've had zero problems with it. Since I don't reload yet they're my go-to for plinking ammo.

    For an 'experience base'--

I've probably fired close to 5,000 rounds of their product combined, between 9mm, 380, 45ACP, 38/357, and 223/5.56.
No double powder loads, no squibs, no more FTF's or FTE's than with any other major brand. :notsure:

To be honest, I have actually been finding better deals locally, an example just last night I bought 1000 rounds of 9 mm 115 grain perfecta for $192 out the door

All of the local shops around here gouge the crap out of you on the prices for ammo. I understand they need a certain markup to survive, but Jesus...
So I wait until Freedom runs a 'free shipping on orders over $99' promotion and then I'll put an order in. They usually coincide with 5% or 10% off of what I'm buying, so it ends up being something like 30-40% less than what I'd pay if I was buying locally.

It really does. Especially when they're NOT subtle about it. I mean, they usually have a few boxes of Freedom Munitions sitting on the counter. Freedom's 9mm new in 115gr round nose is $10. The local shop charges $18.99

They had my Hornady 143 ELD match 6.5 creedmoor for like $13.99 (normally $34.99) so I bought like 2000 rounds. I'm good for a while! lol

But, you're a lucky bastard to have a gun shop like that in your area, so I've got to let it slide

My friends and I get together for a monthly shooting competition that consists of various speed and marksmanship-related drills using pistol or rifle or transitional combination of the two. Everyone has to throw a box of factory .223 or 9mm ammo into the pot because while not everyone uses those calibers in the competition, it is something that everyone owns.
