They have the kiosk for silencer shop and are a dealer so the paperwork is really easy. Ie, pay the extra $5 over the cost of the tax stamp, go in to Davidsons for fingerprints, take a selfie, email them your trust, they finish all the paperwork for you. If I still lived in NV I would have gone through Davidsons for my suppressors.

Just saw you're in coast Mesa. You get good weather and beautiful people. US non CA folks will have to deal with our suppressors, hot as shit summers, and strippers.

What are you waiting for? For what they are they’re pretty darn inexpensive. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed when you eventually get it. I like the scope I have on mine because it comes with the Turrets caps pre-doped for 22 LR and 17 HMR, so you just dial to your yardage and go !

    Take that back, mine is a 6 x 18

I’m going to mess around with the 50 & 52 grain bullets. Most guys say Nosler/Hornady/Smk are the best so I will start with those. Probably run Nosler brass and either varget or h380 for powder. Federal primers. I’d like to get a 52 gr bullet moving out at around 3800, and keep it at or under .5 moa. We shall see :D

    Yep, super easy.
Ordered on Tuesday evening, arrived on Wednesday at the FFL. Walked in, filled out my paper work, they made the NICS phone call on speaker phone while I was right there, pass, payed my balance and out the door in 15 minutes. Free America.

I think this was the 8th firearms purchase from Gallery of guns for me. Every one has been flawless transaction.

Galleryofguns prices can be much better on some things, and just meh on others. They have a huge selection. After you choose your firearm, you choose what FFL to have it sent to in your area.

I got the m and p 10 sport for a grand out the door after background check fees and tax.

Sounds like you got a great plan. I run 55g Hornaday. They give me a very predictable path out to 800. I used to run 50 grain but the 4000 ft./s was a little too fast for the barrel and I was afraid of burning the barrel life up prematurely.

Just got done at the range. Tried some factory loads from Hornady and Barnes. The gun loved the Hornady 50 gr hp bt at 4000fps, I didn’t measure but it was well under 1 moa at 100. Switched to the Barnes 50 gr tsx fb and everything went to shit, rounds all over the paper. So I’ll have to get more Hornady rounds and verify that it was in fact the Barnes bullets that caused the gun to go psycho. If that’s the case I’ll start reloading with all the 50-52gr hp bt’s I can find and go from there!

Strange, I wonder if it's the tip of the bullet that's making it all weird

Could be that, the Hornady bullets had ballistic tips and the Barnes were classic hollow point. The rounds were both 50 gr, only differences are the tips, the Barnes were 170fps slower, and the Barnes were flat base vs the Hornady boat tail. Im definitely gonna grab more Hornady rounds and go verify tomorrow
