RIGHT NOW I know a guy selling 2 DPMS AR15s .223 for $650 each. They are brand new (base models). I don't know alot about assult rifles. But i was told DPMS is a lower/cheaper brand. I also think the rush for assult rifles will blow over someday lol.

Anyway whatcha think? should i buy both and sell one for more? (what are they worth)?

decent guns, decent price, if you don't own a AR i'd jump on one or both of those, inexpensive base, and if you're like 99% of AR owners you will be swapping out parts left and right, so might as well start with a cheap gun first.

and they aren't assault rifles, "assault rifles' are able to fire in full auto or burst mode, AR 15's aren't ;)

Sounds like they are DPMS Sportical which you can find at Walmart (at least the one near me) for about that price. Decent gun, not mil-spec, but will work if all you're doing is plinking around.

Well since i not have a great gun to conceal.

I think i'm gonna buy a Chiappa 22 revolver (SAA replica), they are great for plinking. and only 180 bucks.

Depends on the person and the gun, I clean my ruger MKIII after every 4 or 5 session (depending on how much we shoot it), but I clean the barrel after each one, a lot of my guns are done like that, my shotguns just get the barrel swabbed quickly and wiped down, I don't pull apart my semi auto gun until it starts to jam (it's a skeet gun). Only thing I clean after each and every time I shoot is my bolt action centerfires

That's why I got rid of my mosin....forgot to clean it once (aka pulled apart my 10/22 and my ruger MKIII and forgot after fighting with the mkIII)

Took me hours of running brush and solvent through the barrel to get it clean.
