Yup. They were running them for $712 last week at Sportsman's Guide so I grabbed one. Will report back once I get some range time.

I also picked up one of the PTR built c93s (HK33 parts kit) from Buds about two weeks ago. I've been on a 223/5.56 rifle kick lately (non-ar).

 

I still want to build a cheap .223 varmint rifle, but whenever I have the spare $$ the rifles I'm looking at (Remington 760, Savage Axis, Ruger American, Mossberg MVP) aren't on sale

 

Wait for a good rebate season, dudes on /r/gundeals were snagging Axes for $150 after rebate.

I absolutely love my Ruger American Ranch .223 its a tack driver. Picked it up lightly used with a bipod and 4x12 bushnell scope for 250$.

Vedder had a sale on its gun belts, was gonna grab one when I order my holster but decided to hold off. Glad I did, saved a few bucks.

 

Alta Mont grips for my K frame. Not quite as grippy as the Hogue monogrip but much much nicer fit and finish for way cheaper. I’ll take it!

The trigger came in last week, but I put it in the picture anyway. Stock and mags come later this week.

 

Have never really looked for old Colts at all. Today I talked to a friend and may
have a shot at getting an old Colt Python. No info on it yet. Also has an old
Colt Cobra. Will need to see what they look like etc and how much.
Kind of excited since I let an Anaconda get away a little over a year ago.

 

I had a few shotguns and don't really hunt or skeet shoot. Got tired
of them taking up all that room in the safe, so I sold them and bought
