That's a long line of people not being able to hit anything...
Aside from the odd ambi-release, I haven't seen many complaints online about it.

Yes I wanted it to work because I have several snub revolvers that I am pretty good with, but sadly it did not. Maybe it was just one that had been built on Friday.:D Anyway I am glad yours worked out.

That pistol would not hit a refrigerator if you were standing there with the door open

I regrettably bought a LLama pistol like that...It was the worst pistol I ever owned. I ended up taking the first $150 for it at a gunshow...lol

I hear ya, I never heard anything good about a LLama. We were not sure what was wrong with that S&W the barrel was fully seated and everything looked to be working fine. My Daughter is a part time Firearms instructor fired 5 shots through it and handed it back to me and said that I could use it for a paperweight.

Today I picked up a Springfield XD Mod 2 Sub-Compact in 40SW for $398. Also got my scope rail mount for my Walther P22 and reflex red dot. Range day scheduled for Friday. So excited.

I heard bad things about the micro kimbers. The full size 1911s I suspect are good?

I had a springfield GI 1911 and it was ok....but about every 7th round a shell casing would fly back and hit me in the forehead...I got rid of it because of it.

Was it bouncing off a stall wall? Or straight for the face?

Popped the shell straight back into my face/forehead. Once it would have been a fluke...multiple times I just got rid of it.
