    No I haven't, but I have a G17 sitting around that gets hardly any use, so I figured I'll see what everyone is all hyped up about with the RMRs. If I like it well enough I may swap it over to my G26 concealed carry gun.

    Your info says firefighter? Sign up for Expertvoice (formerly expertcity) and you can get 40-60% off Vortex and other brands. I got all my Vortex stuff through them. Comes directly from the manufacturer. They just provide source for getting products into the hands of people who might talk about their brands. I’ve used them quite a bit. Pretty much any first responders and military can sign up for free (also random others).

    Yeah I actually use them and Govx.com all the time. Thanks though! Govx has some brands that experticity doesn't, but isn't always as good of a deal. I usually price check between those two sites and Amazon to make sure it's actually a better deal.

    Do a YouTube search on scope mounting. I can see the difference in the ring gaps, which tells me there's a very good chance it wasn't it wasn't mounted correctly.
