Paddling the boat had become popular in the last 5 years. Getting expensive...

Like the prices of those stocks are increasing? I’ve always liked the way they look. Almost bought one in .22lr years ago.

    Accidentally huh?

Tech sights turn the things into little lazer beam shooters, if you're willing to stomach the price and your eyes can handle an aperture. I threw the interchangeable rear aperture system in too and currently run the .042 aperture, it goes a long way towards being damned accurate with the thing.

Yeah accidentally...so im sitting there at the store just hanging out and old dude walks in, says he's here to pick up a gun he ordered last week...asks if I'm interested in buying used guns that hes fixed up and goes on to explain that he's a master gunsmith that works out of his home right down the road from the store. Of course being curious about his quality of work I say maybe and he brings in said Marlin 60 which he has cerakoted the metal bits and refinished the wood stock plus has laser engraved some Clemson stuff on it

Thing is basically brand new and he says $150 and the next thing I knew, I had a filled out 4473 and a new to me rifle

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
My buddy needed a down payment on a deck over trailer. Picked up a Leupold MK4 4.5-14 for my FN SPR for $550. Hard to beat!

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
I should elaborate that mine are not just for protection, but I also enjoy range time. Normally it includes hanging out with friends having a good time. And it is fun, educational, and more.

Most of mine are for shooting , hanging out at the range every Friday.

Only a few are also doubling as home protection devices ......but any and all could be.

Green mro, although when I look through it, it really does not look like the picture, much more of a amber color. Also a k98

I've shot it a lot (I was able to use it at my range while I was waiting). Being indoors, I'm not sure I experienced the full effectiveness. It does feel very balanced on my FN though. I'm only running iron sights on it to keep things light.

My range uses these on the full autos that they rent and they hold up great.
