Every Aero lower I have is a blem model, and I’m yet to find the blem on any of them.

 

Good to know. First go around with Aero components, pretty pleased with the M4E1 stuff. Looking into some of the not E1 mil spec stuff they offer.

 

Scored a good deal on pistol racks from Midway. $14.51 for enough storage for 22 pistols

Put together an AR from Aero Precision stripped lower and complete upper with .223 Wylde 18" fluted barrel, Aero BCG and parts kit. Used my own Extended Tactical Mag Release. Still waiting on a Raptor charging handle, new grip and muzzle brake.

 

Stopped by the Sports Authority. 3 box limit on ammo

picked up a whopping 60 rounds of 62gr AE 556

Found a little bit today at fairly reasonable prices

 

Ammo is still $1-$1.15 a round here....

Was $9.99 a box of 20 62gr AE 5.56 today

Where did you find 9mm for .26c/round?
Most of what I'm finding is .50 to .75+ for 115/124 ball.

 

i picked some 9 fmj for that price at gt distributors last month. limited to 2 boxes a month

 

At a local store. They don’t bend people over like the online retailers. I didn’t expect to find any and especially not at that price

 

You were absolutely right about that. I put 200 rounds through it today.
No malfunctions, smooth shooting, iron sights dead accurate out of the box.

With a few exceptions, I was consistently grouping under 2" at 7 and 10 yards and truth be told, with a pistol, I am at best a pretty good shot, by no means a marksman.

New favorite gun.

At $550, it feels like a steal. Can't personally attest to longevity obviously, but reviews all over the web suggest it's a winner in that category too.

Anyone looking for a new full size 9mm on a relatively low budget, give the Canik TP9SFX some thought.

 

LGS here in Northern VA are all over a buck a round here I have more than enough as I have been buying well before this stuff came to town.....
