    I’ve had an old 28 that was not reliable so got rid of it when I thought I had a line on a old stock NIB Remington 1100 28 gauge. Of course the guy backed out at the last minute. He knew he would not find another one like that.

    I have a .410 my grandpa bought me when I was about 10. I have one small scratch on the receiver, but in perfect condition. Honestly, it is my favorite shotgun out of all of the ones I own. Great for rabbit hunting. I have tried to get the 28 gauge for years but most times, it is out of my price range. They used to go for $800-1000 now more like $1200-2500. I just want one. Not a need.

    Bought some shit to dress up my G43. I was cleaning it and a few other firearms the other morning. Not sure if it was because I haven’t shot it in a while or what. Never wanted a Gucci Glock. Covid, First time buyers, Civil unrest, and the election have depleted the inventory of firearms, and ammo. Maybe not shooting lately has made me stir crazy. I wanted to build another AR. A lot of uppers were out of stock and stuff that was available appeared priced gouged. Guess I’ll wait a bit for things to hopefully settle back down. In the mean time I’ll add a little bling to Glock. It was cheap and I can always take it off I guess.

    The 28 ga. 1100 shotguns are very cool.

    I have a .410 1100 at my house now. It's a co-worker's. I cleaned it up for him - the action was locked up tight, from what I suspect was 1970s era WD-40 sprayed in the action having turned into varnish. Cleaned, new o-rings - looks like a new gun. Beautiful.
