    Same crap everyone else got
I bought range time. Only shot 40 rds with the AR to function test after changing the trigger, gas block, and rail. Everything worked fine and holosun stayed zeroed after mounting it back on. Rest of the time was spent shooting the 15-22 so I don't go broke trying to get my fix.

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
Same. I made up 2 recipes of 5.56 ammo this weekend - but only made 25 rounds of each. Went to the woods after work and decided shooting 5 of each was enough of a function test. Gone are the days of a brass rainbow mag dump.

Correct, however there is a very slim chance of those being first time gun owners/buyers (the CCW not private party).

The latest stats I read for 2020 were 20 million guns sold, approximately 8 million new gun owners.

Either way, yea - lots of new people wanting ammo.

On top of that it's also people who would normally but 50-100 rounds at a time are buying as much as they can get their hands on.
In the past when people would purchase a firearm, we would ask if they would want some ammo also. MANY times they would say "nah I'm good I have 100 rounds at home....." Lets just say they have learned the folly of their ways.

Bit spendy, I admit, but I've wanted one a long time and it's almost that time of year for me so I figured it's an early gift for myself.

...buuuuut now it looks like they're made in China so I get to be conflicted about canceling before they ship it.:annoyed:

There are several brands of safes made in the USA. Fort Knox is one.

Might want to take a look.

Edit: just looked at their website, they are experiencing 18-20 WEEK shipping delay for new safes!

    Yes.

There is also one with round, rotating gun racks - can't remember the name - made in Georgia.
