Yeah it hurt seeing my baby get slammed into and wrecked.
Final update as of now is no frame damage, $12,200 in repairs and I’m only out a few bucks since my insurance will be refunding my $1000 deductible. repairs will take about 2-3 weeks and I have a rental paid for until then. Plus there was a small scratch on my inside door panel and I had the option of waiting 5-6 weeks for a replacement or a $500 check. I opted for the check since the scratch is so small.

Got one side of the truck bed done so far. Long decals are not fun nor is cutting around fender flares.

Oh snap! Yeah had it painted along with eyelids and even the license plate light covers. No real issues yet, last winter the lock froze on me one day but that's to be expected. No reinforcement mod done, I personally don't know of one. I'm actually surprised it's held up so far, during the week I open and close it like 4 or 5 times a day for work.

Changed the led in the arm rest control from that sickly green to white. Next on the list is feed 3 wires through the door grommet for the rear cab sliding window switch(power in, up& down out). Illumination gets tapped off the existing door control ignition hot and ground that feed the led I just swapped.

Added these today. Way faster and easier than I thought it'd be. I've done decals before, but still....even faster than in the past.flags.jpg

Probably hard to tell with my fat reflection in it, but that's MGM.

When I installed my bruteforcefab hybrid front bumper I had to cut up my king resi/sway bar relocation brackets to install my bumper reinforcement brackets. I finally got around to installing some icon resi mounts combined with icon sway bar relocation brackets (1 inch plate to push sway bar down and away from my coilovers). Turned out pretty good. I know there are BAMF bumper reinforcement brackets, but my money is going towards more needed parts for now.

Got most of my CB installed today. Put the unit in the center console and it pivots so the display is easy to see when in use.

I ran the wiring under the center plastic and installed one of the converters that will allow me to use the CB antenna as my reason antenna as well.
    upload_2020-5-18_19-56-22.jpg
Now I can remove the stock antenna and clean up the front end a bit.

I ran the antenna on my roof rack with a home made L bracket that bolts right to the side plate of the roof rack.

I park in a parking garage at work so I wanted to be able to fold it down. I found one of these 90* quick disconnects that worked perfect and then held the other end down with one of these things.
