Not at all! Only at stuff, but once the upper inner is tubbed it will be smooth sailin

 

Probably got 125k out of mine and still probably had 1/3 the life left. But stick shift helps with brake life and mostly highway, lol. I just did it, cause i couldnt believe they were still going.

 

i learned how to reset my Maint ReQd light (and did).

 

Installed some rock lights

Sound deadened the suicide doors today. Butyl rubber outer door skin and over the holes on the inside skin. Then mass loaded vinyl, then closed cell foam (not pictured)

 

While you have everything opened up, you should run speaker wire and add speakers.

 

I didn’t want rear speakers. I’ve got good front speakers in mind. But may hold off on those too to do suspension upgrades.

I noticed my truck was running a little off so I decided to do some quick cleaning of my Mass Airflow Sensor and the throttle body. Just took it for a drive and it seems to be running top-notch again, bought the truck over a year ago and never cleaned it to begin with... I wonder how long it has been.

 

Tore apart my OME HD Dakars leaf packs and wire brushed them, installed leaf isolators, new spacer discs, and installed dobinsons greasable shackle bolts in the rear. What a pain in the A$$. But the squeak is GONE. For now...

 

I burned out my aeromotive 340 stealth fuel pump thats only got like 2k miles on it.... and on taco tuesday no less....

 

Haven't even installed my HD Dakar pack yet and already thinking about the leaf "isolators" - but did you need a longer center bolt to make it all work?

 

Probably going to do this when I add the HD leaf soon.

Also skipped a couple gears on my steering rack when I was in Wyoming last week now my steering wheel off like 15 deg Brought it into the shop for an alignment and the smash nuts are seized on. Ordered a new rack because current one has leaking seals already, and outer tie rods and lower ball joints from Moog. Hopefully my front end will be Perfect after that.
