I bought my Taco a week ago. This is why you should change the Cabin air filter.:annoyed:

on the fronts, after trimming off the inch or two of the flare, and there by cutting away the tabs that i'm pointing to, once re-attaching the flare, is there any connection between those bent back tabs of the body metal and the bottom of the now cut plastic fender flare?

Picked up the next components in my stereo upgrade project. Already over budget so sadly after I get these installed it will probably be awhile before I can continue. I’m not expecting to see a big improvement until I get the rear access doors done and get them amplified but hopefully there be a small increase in overall sound quality. 4D7D18C0-769B-4C2E-97FC-780E91B9FC6F.jpg

Mine aren't for sale but 2006 Prerunner SR5 door handles are textured and black. It might help you in your search.

No there isn't... I haven't seen anyone do that but the flares stay connected just fine via the clips at the top.

Im looking for some help on this before I totally screw it up.....

I recently got a used Prinsu Accessrac and am in need of some help. I am going to mount it this coming weekend, but living in the PNW my biggest concern is sealing it.

I bought some permatex rtv silicone as it is what I’ve seen prinsu recommend (or just rtv in general). What’s the best way to seal the rivnuts/plusnuts? Is the rtv the best? Or is there another product I should use? And how do I go about sealing it?

Pretty easy to replace this sensor? My A/C blinks sporadically and I've already replaced the relay as well.

I used 3m 5200, its a marine polyurethane. They make it in a couple different cure times and bond strengths. The stuff works wonders for sealing things up, I use it on commercial fishing boats all the time.

It was a pain in the ass, but more than doable. My patience was already running low when I started the job so you’ll probably be much better off than me. I think I was able to finagle the old sensor off in under an hour. Use a flat head screwdriver to disengage the sensor connection point and be super patient.
If you shop around on Toyota online parts you can find a sensor for around $90.00. I think MSRP is $120.00.

Didn’t want to leave you hanging with out the full scope, there is one screw you have to finagle as well. Good luck!

What are you doing with the +2 fenders? How badly smashed are they? I was thinking about getting some and local to OC as well.

I had a ‘16 and traded it for a ‘17. 14 months after trading for the ‘17, I got rid of it and bought a ‘10. Im happier with the 2nd gen for sure!
