Past few weeks I was able to get some stuff done I have been holding onto for a while and also a big project I have been waiting for some time to get knocked out.... 4.56 gears and a Harrop rear locker, brand new hubs, bearings, and seals, and a set of @TOTAL CHAOS sway bar spindle gussets. Feels good to have some ooomf back when I hit the gas pedal, not to mention the wicked smooth front end with new bearings and hubs..

Your drawer fronts would need to be trimmed but with that weight on a lightweight rack I’d highly recommend some tailgate reinforcement(at the helm, total chaos, etc.).

That was my first attempt at a rack and it twisted a lot. I ran it for about a year with multiple trips from Oregon to Nevada and AZ, a full winter of snow wheeling and I was blown away with how much it move around! The design has been changed now it supports the weight a lot better and does not twist or flex the bed. The faces of the drawers will be getting changed here in in a while as im going to switch over to a swing out tailgate/ bed reinforcement that will tie into my metal bedside tops and a front stiffener as well.

That’s crazy! My district had us choose if we wanted to be face to face or online. Some were told they were gonna be the online teacher. Doing both at the same time would drive a lot out of the profession. Good luck!

Glad to hear it. I expect the web of the stock bed is enough up front but it can’t hurt for the rack to be helping instead of hurting. Some seem to think the stiffeners are unnecessary and for some they probably are but I’ve seen enough examples of spreading tailgates to buy into it.

Welcome, fellow Virginian! Clean build. I love that Demello. I see that ORV permit too.

I appreciate it! I’ve lurked the forum for a while now and figured I’d make an account. Just recently got the Demello on as well. Such a quality bumper and beyond happy with it.

Lots of good info in your videos man, watched quite a few of them for tips and info throughout the build. Also the 35s look great. I’m all prepped and ready for mine just been getting quite a few maintenance items checked off prior to making the jump. 37655F4D-CD91-4059-B63C-ECB17E384776.jpg

installed the mirror riser from BirdDawg Industries last night. put some 3M tape towards the top end to hopefully help mitigate any chance of cracking the windshield, as I've seen it happen to some others on here.
