    Too many to list.
I was being extra careful because I usually break things. Get a flashlight set inside the bumper so you can see the clips inside mine were blue in color. Maybe a 20 min job...not too bad.

Get some clip pliers, a towel, a 10 mm socket and have at it. Not hard at all. Be mindful that somebody may have had it off before. Mine was damaged on the bottom edge of the fender itself because someone tried prying it off from there before me.

Got to take care of my first fairly major improvement. I'm around 74k on my truck and it was still running with the OEM shocks. The passenger rear shock has been starting to fade over the last month (going over a speed bump at appropriate parking lot speeds and the back rear was bouncing 2-3 times before settling) so I got some upgraded Bilsteins mounted in the back. Worlds of difference... can't wait to get the fronts done, sooner rather than later, hopefully, but as it's not a necessity, it may need to wait for a bit.

Fabricated an extension off of my ditch light bracket so I could relocate my CB radio antenna.
I had it off of my rear cargo rail previously but after picking up my new topper I had to relocate.

Last month installed a 3 inch lift put 285/70/17 Wildpeaks on. Today installed the Tom Wood shaft, did the cowl intake mod, and did a rear diff relocate. I got one of those knockoff ARB ones from Amazon and relocated it to the engine bay near the others but higher up. BAMF hybrid bumper is in powder coat, on the waitlist for the cam gear, and waiting on lights for the bumper. I reckon under armor and sliders are next. Trying to think of anything else.

Started re-wiring my truck. Got the switches under the radio done. I found a new way to route the wires, it's a little easier running wires and wont get in the way under the column like I had it before.
More tomorrow, maybe running power mirror wires and cruise.

How do you like the truck without the flares? I keep teetering on the idea :D

    I love it.
I still have my old flares - but they were toast, super faded and it looks better with them off, honestly.
I'd like to figure out a paint-matched hardware solution to plug the holes but I plan to do aftermarket bedsides eventually anyway. So I probably won't bother.

Thank you for the thread with info, I'll be sure to look into this!
Nice choice on the color matched vinyl with fiberglass sides. That's my long term goal
