Correct regarding the ARB Bumper. Yea I was more just noting that there are some minor issues to detail of fitment with the SOS bumper. Its nice but could be better.

Did you have to cut down the shaft to get it to sit this low or is it just threaded that deep?

I dislike TRD branded stuff because I don't have a TRD, but I do like that shifter. I'm curious for the part number.

No horse in this race, but you may also wanna consider Spiker Engineering's struts. Made in the USA, great price. I'm very happy.

I keep dragging the mud flaps when exploring the Forest Service roads around here - it was past time to give them the shortening treatment:

Nice!! I plan on doing this real soon. I just spent the week in Moab. Really got tired of hearing them drag on literally EVERYTHING! Looks like you took off about 4". Did you remove the same amount front and back?

I measured by my really accurate (patented*) eyeball method. To answer your question, I measured the scraps in the trash - it's right at 4 1/2 inches cut off. I did about the same front/back - if they still drag I'll take a few more off. Probably should have done more off the front - that's where most of the dragging was happening...

First time I was wheeling had to drive out of a bog backward and ripped 3 of the 4 off. Lost somewhere out there

Small and cheap mod but they are so useful. My rock lights have been a life saver getting stuck on the trial or even just ambient lights around the campsite. I couldn't afford rigid or anything but these are what I ended up with and I love them. Here they are on Amazon, https://amzn.to/34zBv59
