After setting up my AUX fuse block, added side lights to the rack.
Switch on the rack because they will mainly be for camping lighting.

After all is said and done, I might try and angle them downwards. Not a lot of light on the ground, mostly just outwards.

I'm dead at 2500 at 70, speedo reads 60, 5th gear, flat highway. My tires measure 37", I checked lol.
    I absolutely love 5.29 too.

are you still on KO2’s ? If so they are def not 37” tall. Our RPM’s are the same because our trucks are about the same and our tire diameters are very close to each other. In fact my tires barely measure 34” tall WHEN MOUNTED on the truck. I bet your KO2’a are about the same

This bitch has got me stumped. I had the wheel off twenty times yesterday and when it goes back on something rubs enough to make the wheel hard to turn. At least at this point I can move the truck. The shoes are adjusted down to the maximium and at this point I've beaten the backing plate away from the drum so there is visible daylight around the entire drum... but when the wheel goes on something rubs. One thing... I can tell the axle is bent so it will have to be replaced.Today my goal is to get the driveshaft hooked back up so the truck won't roll.
Still to do: Hook up driveshaft. Remove bed to straighten frame and (reinforce?) spring perch. Replace axle, bearing, and backing plate. New shocks. Brakes? Work the quarter panel until it's hard to see the dents from twenty feet away. Replace bed.
Celebrate with a test drive and a drink...

Same thing happened to my truck, and I couldn't find the stop leak I used long ago that worked so well, Silver Seal, so I tried another product. It seemed to work well for about six months and then started to leak again. I used the same product... and the heater core got plugged up. Called the sealer help line and they said to use vinegar to flush the core, so I flushed the entire system and now I'm losing coolant again, froth in the oil but not nearly as bad as yours. I'm thinking of using some AlumaSeal as it is similar to Silver Seal.
In the meantime I bought a wrecked truck, same year, low miles, just in case.
    Good luck.

Did you recover those voids with something to keep moisture out?

If not, I just put butyl deadener over them and made sure it was sealed along the entire perimeter.

35 or 37, either way I couldn’t be happier with 5:29 and more people should probably consider this gear ratio
