    Yeah I like both companies products but I use Griots because you can’t burn the paint and it’s what I’ve used when I use to detail for a living...

    Using the ziplock bag as a glove when claying is an old technique use for beginners.. it works really well as it enhances the “feedback” from the clay bar when finding dirt. It’s the same concept as fingerprints on your fingers. It works well and I still use it to help find those areas that you won’t feel with a glove on. Again, these are trucks so not sure how detailed you want to go.

    I thought you made that name up. I went to the CG website and ... "The Stranger Helpful Handy" ... it's absolutely a joke that CG is in on, it has to be. The alternative is that they're not and someone in their marketing department is extremely repressed.

    I'm with you, and probably more inclined to care less about the paint. But then, I go into the outback a lot and don't want to worry about small dings and scratches.

    I've rattle canned three cars so far and the one I sold, the guy told me one of the easons he liked it was because of the paint job. When I told him he could get touch up paint at Home Depot he was jazzed.
