I was looking under my truck and seen grease everywhere. I thought my CV boot cracked. Nope. It looks like when I got the frame replaced a couple weeks ago they also burnt that up as well. My alignment was so far out it was a pile to even drive. Im pretty positive they just took the front suspension from the old frame and bolted it right to the new one. I know for a fact I wouldn't deal with that dealer again.

Full interior detail, exterior wash and treated with McKee's Hydro Blue Coating. Hoping it dries so I can treat the exterior black plastic/trim.

Finally installed the extended rear stainless steel braided brake lines from Headstrong Off Road. Cleaned up the axle and gave it a quick spray can job. A1FA8831-5448-4535-A8A5-F69C9918374C.jpg

So very little room at the top connection, but glad it’s finally done.

Dried up so I had time to hit the trim, Tonneau Cover, etc. with 303.

Done by me: decals, plastidip, and vinyl. More to come. Not done by me: Icon front/rear suspension; Total Chaos UCA’s; Method wheels/34” Falken tires; Prinsu cab rack/LED light bar; V1Air compressor piped to a 2.5 gallon underbed tank; Pelfreybilt front/rear bumpers; Smittybilt front winch.
Installed the AJT climate control/4WD knobs. Crazy how much better those feel, and I’m thoroughly happy with them already.

The top connection was a pain due to lack of space but doable. I use plastic plugs to close off the lines to minimize brake fluid dripping. Bled the brakes, went for a test drive and everything was good.

Its not that hard, just requires really akward positions. I was sore from the wierd positions required to get the upper ones off and back on for a couple days.
