Nope. Even with the end links completely removed, the sway bar will hit the CV boots at full flex. For trails where the articulation is needed, I would remove the sway bar completely (and mud flaps).

A proper swaybar disconnect would probably need some kind of splined slip joint (similar in principle to a manual locking hub) near one of the support clamps.

They are Aurora P/N CM-8ET ordered from my local Motion Industries store.
EDIT: CM-8ET is too small. The bore is the correct size. However, there isn't enough misalignment capacity for the full steering range. And Motion Industries customer service is horrible. Will be avoiding this distributor in the future.

I'll get them installed this weekend. Once I confirm everything fits, I'll create a thread for it.

Thanks. As far as the Rugged Trails go, they have been great so far. No complaints from me. My father-in-law has them on his Frontier as well. He just had to put some new ones on there after putting 55K miles on the previous set.

The comment about the military base auto hobby shop is 100% correct. They come in very, very handy. The lifts and service bays are always cheap to use and they always have tons of tools and equipment for you to use.

Installed a set of 265/75's. Then gave the frame an oil bath.

Did you rotated tires yourself? How did you checked torque on prop shaft?

Tacomanazul.......Yes I rotated the tires myself. To check the torque on the drive shaft, I just used a torque wrench and made sure that the nuts and bolts were torqued to 65 ft-lbs. They were all tight enough that none of them moved at all.

Despite the outward appearance of the bumper seeming to be quite flimsy, if you look under the bumper cover, the actual hitch area is a very solid structure that is, in fact, tied in to the frame.

However, for maximum strength and convenience, nothing beats a 2" receiver. They're just so versatile.
