Check the hood too. Mine was a little loose and would clunk. There's some rubber bumpers that it rests on when closed that may need to be adjusted. They're threaded and will take out any minor sloppiness

Are you happy with the job they did, what did they charge?

I’m extremely happy, they were very professional, asked if had questions, walked me through the process… it was $150.00 and the price is locked in for whatever vehicle you bring in, for future servicing, at least at my location. My truck is a southern truck and I just moved to a snow/salt state, frame looks great and I want to keep it that way. I highly recommend them!

It's a game changer! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Don't forget the HKB alternator voltage booster so you don't shorten the life of your shiny new AGM, mine is in the mail right now. :D

@crashnburn80 has more info than you could ever want detailed about it in this thread.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-northstar-agm-battery-voltage-booster-upgrade.604478/

I (may have) killed 2 X2 Power batteries prematurely (fortunately they have the best warranty in the industry) due to not charging at the appropriate rate, X2P actually starting putting the voltage requirements right on the top battery sticker now.

AGM's need a higher charging voltage.

HKB has a small slot in fuse like module that ups your alternator's output to keep your new battery happy and healthy for a long time.

Added 4 vintage Cadillac Caddy (train) A D C F tones horns today. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a proper wiring harness completed in time to get to hear them today but that is coming up. I wanted to keep it clean but as noninvasive as possible. So yes those are rivets holding their modified brackets in place. I will reach out as to their ability to provide a solid ground/hold on them should they prove unreliable over time.

More research on my dash wiring project. Found out that both ECM connectors (2012 and 2014) use the same terminals even though the connectors are different.
Now I can just pull the terminal out of one and insert it into the other.

Still waiting on the ECM connectors. :pccoffee:
Calling Toyota tomorrow to see if they showed up.

Renogy mono 100w panel, if I had to do it over I might have gone with a different brand based on price.

Tried my hand at applying vinyl to the roof. Word of advice, don’t use Vivvid. Super difficult to work with. That being said I used their forged carbon.

3M has something similar in appearance called "Shadow" have it on my hood tailgate flares door handles and fuel door.

Best picture I have right now, doesn't show the pattern too well, it's more matte and the pattern is a more consistent camouflage like shapes than the shiny chaotic of the Vivid so preference may take priority in your case depending on your personal tastes.
