I tried those headlamp restoration kits but they didn’t work for me. Found a pair of OEM headlamps on FB Marketplace and installed them today.

I watched several YouTube videos on how to remove the headlamps which required removing the grill. Despite watching the videos it was still difficult to get the headlamps out. It took some pulling and twisting (I put blue tape in case) but I got them out and it always seems easier to put the new ones back in.

Oh and the seller sold them with Morimoto 2 Stroke 2.0 LEDs! These are so much brighter that the stock bulbs!

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
My 07 access cab sport manual.. with its 4.0 rolled me onto pick up this...

But this story doesn't end in tragedy.. oh no... the sport has new 2022 off road shocks 3inch lift, new wheels, a turbo on the way, and a locker not yet selected to be installed...

The 07 sport in 2 years, will make lime crawl up in a corner.

+3 to the PL5400. Mine also sticks periodically (generally when it is really hot outside; it's almost like the heat is causing the inner components to flex a bit). Mine also faded pretty badly, but last I looked they have different color options now if you want it pre-painted or color-matched. I ended up painting mine with bedliner. Other than that, it's been a solid lock going on 7+ years.

Got my tailgate to fit by notching the top edges. Yeah I know I know people are probably freaking out about taking a grinder to a tailgate to make it fit but it was a helluva lot easier than messing with the already painted fiberglass

And I think I did a good job.
