"Well ya see Bob, with inflation all over the place and the price of EVERYTHING on the rise, I had to do what was best for my finances...you understand, right?"

Now I realize your local agent doesn't set your prices, but you won't be the first or last to change companies...it's business.

Funny thing is, my name is Bob. I'm not surprised my rate went up to be honest and it's spurred me to on to check out other options.

I put those on my '15 and really like them so far. Also had nFabs previously but they rusted pretty quickly so I thought I'd try the aluminums.

Try American National. They do not advertise so their rates are cheaper. Guess whos really paying for the Rogers Rate. Anyway, I only pay $362 every 6 months for full coverage on a 2013 limited. And you get 25% cash back every year you don't have a claim. So I am only really paying $271.50 every six months.

Farmers was the most expensive car insurance I ever had. Even with a perfect driving record my bill went up every renewal. I switched to State Farm and my bill goes down every renewal. Definitely check with other insurance companies as Farmers is a joke.

I have had State Farm since I got married in 1980. Nobody has ever been able to beat their price.

It's a direct fit and no modification required. I wouldn't have done it if it required modification.
Oil drain lines up with the circle cutout.

Made a trip to a 2nd dealer today to get the frame inspected. The 1st dealer "missed" the larger hole in the left after I told them exactly where it was at. So I help out on this trip and marked everything and poked around with a screwdriver to find some new problem areas. I got the OK to have my frame replaced.

Good for you being persistent. I had the same response with other issues on a 2016. Had to make videos and send them to Corporate to get at least 4 issues fixed because the dealers' Master Tech found nothing wrong. I think denial is their trained go-to response.

Spent the rainy afternoon helping my son replace an alternator in the 2012 4.0. 10 years and 153k on the original wasn't too bad. Battery showed over 12v. With truck running showed 9.5v. Sucks I have a huge 2 story garage but my machine shop, lawn equipment, bikes, grill, and work stations, leave no room to get a vehicle inside. I think a shed is in my near future.

Since competing this 3 days ago, I've sprung a leak from my the cv to diff union that wasn't there before the upgrade. Reading up on older forums I think I may have seated the new axle seal too deep (from what I've read it should be flush, and I think I drove this seal in until it stopped). I just ordered a replacement from Toyota, that will be there for pick up tomorrow. Really hope this stops the leak. Can anyone educate me with some first hand experience? Most recent forum I could find on this was 2017. CV looked to be in great shape when I pulled it 3 days ago, so I'm really hoping it's just my mistake on the seal.

Pretty simple to make. I also powder coated them, didn't have to but it was fun trying out the power coat gun.

Prototyped a rocker panel out of PLA. Not permanent but works in the meantime.

You and me both, I never really used it. I kept a couple hair ties for my daughters and the occasional left over change but I didn't get much use out of it. I'm not a big fan of drilling into dashboards so I really liked this alternative.

How'd you swap out the cigarette lighter for USB? my adapters all keep popping out so no reason not to replace to only USB.
