You need both in your state?

California you need one or the other.
The placard is issued for use if you are not in your own car, and it's illegal to drive with it hanging from the mirror.

After couple months of 265/75s I put 285/75s on 16" moto metals to run on the street. Already felt the gas mileage difference! I previously had 305/70s and was getting about 14mpg. Hoping I can get KBs 265/75s so I can step back down to "normal".

Changed my air filter, oil filter(5k on the oil, so I figured a new filter would be a good idea.), and cleaned my MAFS and battery terminals. I brushed my terminals pretty good, but there is still some corrosion on there. I may take some coke and pour over it later to get the last of it. When I change my oil next time I will probably put some dielectric grease, or whatever it is called, on there to keep them from corroding again.

I wonder if I need to reset the seat belt alarm again.... Guess I will find out in a little while when I drive it.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Do your self a huge favor and buy this

Then buy this, and spray it on for protection

A can will last you many batteries. I have had very good luck with it after a no-start due to corrosion that came on VERY quick.

Oh and on topic, I washed it today.

May do that when I change the oil next. Ought to be worth it.

My wife's Hyundai Tuscon had to have a new battery after I bought it. It was corroded, so I decided to clean it. It has some funky terminals that basically push on. Well, by the time I pulled them off, half the post came with it. It was rotted and pitted. I couldnt believe it would still start like that. So I put some QD terminals on it when I put the new battery on.

Yeah its worth it to have in the arsenal of chemicals. I use the protector more just to "touch up" the terminals, and for my lawn tractor, wheeler, etc.
