Did that. Did not move. Had the small bolts in and used heat. I may have to cut it off with a die grinder

    Changed my oil.
    Haha.
The 4.0 has to be one of the easiest engines to change the oil on. No skid plate to remove . Filter on top, with a drain port.
Didn't spill a drop. No oil running down the block after pulling the filter. As a retired career personal transport service technician,

Stonewall is the fattest 5 lug slug ever
Yep, just a small one. As well as longer lug studs. They just barely rubbed the caliper. I took a gamble getting these wheels, but reckon they turned out well.

Tailgate RedNeck Anti-Theft LED Interior and Exterior Factory after purchase SAT Radio Clasp and Lock on bed Lock Boxes Hard wired the Radar Detector More to come. Just got the truck.... :-)
Hello all. First posting here. I have a 2013 (2nd Gen) Taco. Love it. I have done a few mods to it but nothing super. When I first got it, I put leaf spring helpers on the rear (simple bolt on kind), got the front window tinted with clear tint to reduce solar heat from coming in. Over time I have done a few more things.

    • Added red led lights to bed, under truck that all work with the door opening or unlocking of truck.
    • Soft tri-fold bed cover.
    • Tailgate theft mod.
    • locks for the tool ports in the bed.
    • Changed all incadesent bulbs for LED.
    • Eventually had to change the headlamp assymblies because of one that broke.
    • Added 6 orange LED's to the grill. They are two sets of three working with the DRL and Turn signals. Three on either side will work with that turn indicator.
    • Changed out the license plate lights with Red / White LED units.
    • Bolt on exhaust tip.
    • RED LED Light kit for fire fighting runs.
    • Changed out the third brake light assymbly because the old one failed me.
    • Window rain gaurds.
    • Perm mounted a magnet unit for the phone to the left of the of the radio unit. 20240825_155717.jpg 20240825_155739.jpg 20240825_155759.jpg 20240825_155810.jpg 20240825_155819.jpg 20240825_155859.jpg 20240825_155910.jpg 20240825_155921.jpg 20240825_155944.jpg 20240825_160024.jpg 20240825_155842.jpg 20240825_160003.jpg
    • And, today I spray painted the front skid plate for the hell of it.

Even easier when you vacuum the oil instead of draining it.

Swapped out my DD SS3 Sport Foglamps with the DD Elites because I wanted to go back to a more OEM look.

Oil change, tire rotation, greased the driveshaft, new wiper blades, and cleaned out behind the molding in the front doors. So many leaves get in there.

    Retired/Hobbyist old as f***
Another night with too little sleep. I actually read "greased driveshaft and new wiper blades". For a minute I thought "is this something new that I don't know about. Is there lube for wiper blades". Then I actually woke up and read the post again. Results of being old, retired and working too hard on too many different things. At least I woke up before I google searched wiper blade lube. Another senior moment. One day you will all have these moments.

Can anybody help me with the oem part number of the rubber seal here around the rear windows. Would love to get this replaced and looking new again. Thanks in advance.

I have a set of these in the garage waiting to be installed. I was a little confused on how to put them on when I got em’ and just put it all aside that day. It’s been a year since that day easily. Any advice on how to get them on nicely?
Did I over think the process?

Okay sweet well I’ll just keep an eye out then. Also did you put any silicone on the gasket just to be sure about no leaks, or is their provided gasket good enough?
